Our Purpose
The TEaCH OME Task Force exists to ensure that the osteopathic community is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to effectively integrate digital health technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) into both education and clinical practice. By fostering technological proficiency and ethical responsibility, we aim to support equitable, patient-centered care that reflects the principles of whole-person osteopathic medicine.
What We Do
Develop Strategies for Digital Health Integration: We create comprehensive approaches to help future DOs use AI and digital health tools safely and effectively.
Create Educational Frameworks: Our task force designs learning models that align with osteopathic principles while promoting responsible technology adoption.
Establish Core Competencies: We define the essential skills required for digital health and AI integration in osteopathic education and practice.
Support Faculty Development: We provide training resources to help medical educators incorporate emerging technologies into their teaching.
